316L surgical steel internally threaded labret. This piece wears well for the trendy hidden helix placement with a dainty single 3mm round CZ hanging from a single drape chain. Disc is 4mm, total dangle length is 15mm to bottom of CZ.
Note the threading for this steel combo is not typical 0.9mm so it must be kept paired with the labret it comes with. It will not fit into other 16G posts.
