Implant grade 316L surgical steel, internally threaded labret. Featuring trinity triangle synthetic prong clasped opal top with micro ball middle. Labret has 2.75mm comfort flat back disc. 16G 8mm only and they are being discontinued in surgical steel but we have them in titanium threadless.
