Bio Plastic Converter. The converter will allow your 14g or 16g Bioplastic post to add externally threaded ends on to the post. Note not guaranteed to work with all bioflex posts but feedback has been good so far seems to fit fairly universally. Fits well into bioflex labret posts sold on our site.
